St. Edmund's offers a warm welcome as we practise various ways to experience God and the path of faith as it weaves into our different lives. Our Church community has people of all ages and at all stages in their personal journey of faith, from those who have been Christians for years to others who are just asking about who is God and where he is in their lives. St. Edmund's looks like a traditional historic place of worship, and it is; but it is also active and enthusiastic to live with God in our lives to-day. We believe in reaching out to be where people are, finding spiritual meaning that is relevant to our lives here and now. Worshipping God is central to our aim. To make worship open, relevant to our varied lives - and a transformational experience, we use both old and new styles of worship on Sundays, the meditative Quiet Prayer at 6, the informal Worship @ 10 and young people's worship - to name a few!
