Playchurch - Church Street Toddlers
Playchurch provides a week-day time for under 5s and their parents/carers/ grandparents to worship and learn about Jesus in a child centred way.
For over half an hour we enjoy refreshments with all the children and toys on the floor. Then, up on the dais, we sit on hassocks for songs, stories and activities. A while ago we started, with some trepidation, going to the candle stand so the children could say a prayer and light a candle. After a pause, one little girl piped up, Please God bless Nan. We were well away and have kept our prayerful candle-lighting time.
Come and join us the First Tuesday afternoon of the month 2 - 3pm at St. Edmund's.

Every Fortnight Starting Saturday November 25th between 9am and 11.30am. Enjoy a bacon roll, a cup of coffee, and read the newspapers, while the children play in an expanded 'children's area'.
